But yeah, Soundwave is a good choice. I also feel like I've been hearing more about Shockwave and Cliffjumper lately. I know that's because of DOTM and TF:Prime, but I can't help but think that maybe they were getting popular again and that's why they were used? I guess it's just a chicken-egg thing in my head though. Or I'm just now noticing something that's always been true.

As much as I like Soundwave, that's exactly what would happen to him if he came up against Dinobot. He'd get hacked to pieces along with his little buddies.

As for people I expect to see the first Hasbro dude in charge of Transformers brand, Simon Furman, Frank Welker, and possibly Michael Bay

Well, Botcon's coming up soon. Grimlock, Soundwave, Shockwave seem like good candidates. What about on the RL side? Furman?

I like soundwave, but I dont think losing to Dinobot is such a bad thing. Jazz is ok, but I was really confused he made it to the nominee's.
If they only do one Soundwave.
If they do 4 more on top of that.
Rodimus, Galvatron, Optimus Primal, Shockwave.
