That's how I was last year. It was a few hours' drive from me in Orlando, and I couldn't make it. Now it's across the country and I can.

I was but then the theme came out and I passed. Not a animated fan at all. IM kicking myself though because the seibertron crew tore the Swan and dolphin resort up last year and it was a blast.More so that the con even. Im really hoping thay put it back in orlando next year..No way im missing out again, botcon is a amazing amount of fun and the Siebertron crew is amazing.. Yes..even counterpunch

Can there be some sort of unofficial meetup? Like at the hotel bar or Yardhouse?

I suppose it's my fault really.

I'm not going this year and a lot of the hype/build up jive has been my doing. It seems that no one picked up and ran with the idea of doing a Friday night party in my stead.

I'm going! My first BotCon - I've been planning for a year for it! Too bad there won't be a Seibertron.com meet up, but I suppose if I see someone with a t-shirt on, I'll introduce myself! I'm gonna be boarding a plane from Denver in just a couple of hours! See ya there!
