Following that crap Armada-Cybertron and thinking its the end all be all in the Transformers Universe really makes one a nerd

I don't wish to comment either way because I'm not one of those people who sees the movie as black or white.

It had good things and it had bad things.

All I do have to say is that I'm surprised that this thread hasn't been locked already.

i like G1 as much as anyone here AND i liked the movie. it had its flaws and whatnot, but STILL, i liked it. 'nuff said.

waiting for the time when someone would post something that will lock up this thread hahahahaha... if anyone needs me, i'll just be at the sidelines with popcorn waiting for the firecrackers to explode.

But I don't understand how anyone could hate the graphics. Maybe it was just too 'showy' for them.

Anyway, I loved the movie! Although the faults seem to start showing after 8 or more screenings...

I kinda stuck in the middle...
when i saw the movie, it was really really good, but after it's over i just start pick it apart.

first, the flames on prime's body looks like been taken from Pimp My Ride, prime's mouth makes him look like optimus primal.

second, i like hot babes, but to see megan fox on TF movie and most of her camera-shots really tries to show her sexiness (c'mon when she pop bumble's hood, that was a good camera angle

)

megan is just eye-candy, it's good but I think TF should be better off without her and more on robot-tech stuffs.

Why can't Bay just make two movies? one is transformers movie with 90% TF and 10% military stuff + spike, the second movie is about sam tryin to score with megan on top off bumble's hood :grin:

now that's a blockbuster

Overall i like the movie, but i hope spielberg choose other director than Bay.

I didn't hate it. But i think it had a potential to be much much better.

If only Bay wasn't so focus on trying to change EVERYTHING.

I doubt that hating the idea of being forced-choked into sniffing the Emperor's rectum makes Luke "evil". He just hates sniffing the Emperor's rectum.
