Yup. It was also spelled Deathsaurus.

Thanks that is really neat figure he is leader of breast force if I'm not mistaken and his archenemy is victory saber.

nope, he's right. he's the leader of the Breast force.

Japanese series. Where the robots had companions that turned into chest pieces.

In the case of Deathsaurus, he had Eagle Breast, and Tiger Breast.

Nope that what that group of figure was called because they had partners much like Brainmasters except unstead of turning into there heads they turned in chest plates so they called them the breastforce http://www.tfu.info/subgroup/breastforce.htm

I'm not sure about the translation you would have ask somone who speaks japanies to get proper translation that might just be what they are called.

Nope, no error at all.

Breast, as in the upper chest area, as in breastplate.

Each member of breast force has a shield like component on their upper chest which changes to a smaller partner-bot.

Deathsaurus has two of them I believe.
