He's a G2 toy, looks familiar and is black lambo.

So wy is he black?

Just the way he was. He was in the same assortment as Inferno and Jazz. They both kept their original colours but came with new accessories. Jazz had quite different stickers. With Sideswipe they went with black. Bear in mind that the Seekers, Dinobots and gestalts that were rereleased in G2 all had different colours to the originals as well.

Hem well it was al about color in G2.
You think if i find his scesories and stuff he might be worth something?

He's not worth much in that condition.

However, I think it was Punch/Counterpunch(not sure) switched the head with the G1 Red Alert to make it Anime acurate. I plan on doing the same if I ever get my hands on a G2 Sideswipe.
