Who wields this ROTF Soundwave fan mode sword?

Who wields this ROTF Soundwave fan mode sword? Are there any pictures floating around of this?

Sweetie, that's no sword: that's the official Satellite Mode. When compared to the movie, it's off on two points:
1) The two outer solar panels need to be swung further down.
2) The two panels on the shoulders, with the "eyes", are supposed to be rotated up and facing forward.
Makes it more distinctive than the "space-ship" mode, which isn't saying much anyway and is best left forgotten.
