Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

DeadMetal - AVP got horrible ratings. If you only wanna get it because it's AVP, then that should be fine.

I don't care much for the Predators, I'm just a sucker for the Alien, I'll enjoy sticking my sticky thing into people's heads..... I mean the inner jaw.

I played the demo, and you'd be surprised how hard that is. In fact, a good number of my kills when playing as Marines or Predators were against Xenomorphs. Aliens get the benefit of being able to wall-crawl and every enemy is highlighted so you can see them easily, but they have no decent long-range attacks. Marines have motion tracks that will see you coming a mile away (Not literally) and unless you get the drop on one with a Finisher move, a Predator can take a Xenomorph down easily.

Because I have an uncanny ability to destroy playstations...
However, I just found out that my wife is going to buy me a new one for my birthday...so i went and preordered FF today.

Odin is pure pain in the ass, and I'm sure the rest of them will be just as difficult, although they would be a pushover if you didn't have to defeat them within a time limit or its instant game over.
I do like how the game kind of forces you to use all or the characters. Yes, Hope is annoying, but he starts to shine in Chapter 5.
My one complaint so far? Way too many save points. At some points, the are save points after as few as one or two battles. Failing to save at each one though can be a kick in the nuts when you run into a boss that wipes you out fast. Granted, you don't usually have that far to go to get back to them, but sometimes it really catches you off gaurd.
Overall, I love the game so far.
Roadbuster wrote:The reason for so many save points is ebcause some of those battles can be hectic and if you lose, you're having to start back quite a bit if you didn't save at the nearest one.
I got my copy yesterday, was originally going to get it next week but since my school seems content with making me make up three classes (one a holiday and the other because the teacher was sickand another because it was snowing and they thought nthe sky was going to fall when nothing iced over.)
I'm a few hours in, not as much as I'd like but due to school.
