The Shooting for Transformers 3 finished the other day now begins the long process of Industrial Light & Magin such as CGI and Voice Acting for the Bots.

Getting the Trailers ready and also working on the Soundtrack also.

And actually they're filming some extras on 12th and 13th November in New York.

I agree with Albershide, and also I would think with as much CGI suff they have to do they would have been working on it already. Probably not the main stuff, because they need Bay's supervising for that, but the beginning stages of the CGI work must be under way, otherwise they wouldn't have time. The movie come out in less than 8 months. Voice acting, trailers, all the post-production and promotion stuff is still to come.

Digital Domain began working on some test footage from TF3 nearly 2 months ago. Some concepts, preps and tests. I don't have info about ILM. This makes 10 months for post which is more than enough. For example War of the Worlds post was done in 3 months (I believe this is the fastest post ever for such a heavy CGI movie), and WOW was done only by ILM.

...and the end of it sucked. Good CGI work, though. I hope this time they put all their efforts into characters that are worth it, though. I know this has been beaten to death, but when I think of all the time and effort that went into Jetfire and Devastator, I shake my head at how many better characters could have been...
