In the same moment he looked a lot like an engine, didn't he? I mean I don't know why, but those spinning things on his hands - they look like engine parts.

And if that is true, how is Blackout able to fly even when Scorponok has disappeared?Autobot032 wrote:Apparently he is Blackout's engine. According to the special features (talking about Scorponok's design) he's got turbines in his claws, etc.
So apparently he is Blackout's engine.
Leonardo wrote:Mystery solved, then.
That must mean that Blackout spends a lot of his time without his engine. What if someone was checking him over when he was in alt.mode?

Does that make Frenzy a triple-changer?Venom Phoenix wrote:An_de wrote:In Wikipedia I red that his robot mode is the scorpion, his alt mode is the helicopter's engine.
That's logical but look at frenzy being what appears to be Barricade's grill. And a CD player/cellphone. And robot.
Oh well, we'll find out in TF2 or maybe just never know.
Rampage01 wrote:The special features on the two-disk edition confirm that Scorps is in fact supposed to turn into part of Blackout's helicopter mode. If the people that designed him are saying he is, I think we can assume that wikipedia is right on this one.
