Question About The Allspark

In the first movie when Sam placed the Allspark into Megatron,
only 2 pieces were uncovered (The one Optimus scooped up, the one in Sam's pocket). What happened to the rest? Are they somehow lodged inside Megs' chest? Did it all but vaporize?
