I've got a few things since around 2 weeks.

AotP Powerglide from Walmart. He's pretty damn neat, but the side engines are a pain to transform because the hinge is way too tight and the thing keep popping off because of that.

I found a Beast Machines deluxe Jetstorm that is 100% complete for just 20$CAN! I don't remember if I already have it before, but at that price, I couldn't pass it up.

And finally, I was lucky enough to find OptHeMan Prime and AotP Nexus Prime at Gamestop. Both shall remain sealed. OptHeMan for my "special" MotU Classics He-Man and Skeletor collection (I have the Skelatron) and Nexus will be unboxed only when the complete official team is in my possession.

I got my AotP Sideways and SS86 Astrotrain pre-orders from Walmart yesterday, both at the old/pre-tariff pricing.

Are Transformers pre-orders reliable form Walmart USA?
Because so far, EVERY SINGLE ONE of my TF pre-orders from Canadian Walmart FAILED. They ALL got delayed ad infinitum until being ultimately cancelled.

It is typically hit or miss in the US, but I have been getting pretty lucky lately. I only still pre-order from them because for whatever reason when they first put up the pre-orders they are at the old prices for a while. As for recent successes and failures, SS86 Soundwave got cancelled on me while Retro Wheelie and Outback, AotP Quickstrike and Sideways and SS86 Astrotrain came through. AotP Powerglide and Swerve are pending with my fingers crossed.

Edit: Of course Powerglide got cancelled a day or 2 after I wrote this.

Walmart clearance aisle comes through again, this time a SS86 Bee for $6.50.

And Amazon has shipped my Animated Ratchet. Can't wait to get him tomorrow. Probably my favorite TFA character.

My birthday is coming up (yay...) so that means a bit of splurging. Unfortunately my local Walmart has become a bit of a trap... First of:

Legacy Evolution Autobot Side Burn

NEVER expect old product to be discounted if the price doesn't come up after scanning the bar code. It had been there for ages, and when I decided to finally get it it rang up FULL PRICE. I still got it after some encouragement, plus my AotP Excellion needed a flame buddy. And no, online price matching was not possible :BANG_HEAD:

Yes, I have a swapper in my area. But I happen to like Combiner Wars over AotP for combiners, so... brought it to Customer Service's attention and their reaction was... lukewarm at best. I did learn that it would have been brought back to processing and then who knows what... Yes, still got it, but once I opened and examined it I got a bit of a surprise...

It's a KNOCKOFF!!!

It's sad seeing so called "Transformers fans" doing these sorts of things.
In my area, when the no plastic & open packaging boxes were a thing, heads & accessories went missing. Not sure if it was for sh!ts & giggles. Real pathetic.

Last year (or the year before that one) At my local Walmart, there was a SS86 Ironhide and a Legacy Skullgrin that had a missing head in box. For weeks and weeks, they remained on the shelves. I got tired of seeing them so I brought them both to customer service... 2 weeks later, those SAME boxes were BACK onto the shelves. I brought them back to customer services again. And a second time, they were back onto the shelves. Again.

Walmart does not give a single fuk.

So I raged.

I took both of these fukkers, and I STOMPED them repeatedly with my boot, then I kicked those boxes like a football. Cameras be damned.

A week later, one of the stomped box was BACK onto the shelf!

A week later, it was gone, at last.

Jesus. Mother. Fukking. Christ.
Walmart may be the worst store ever for everything. :BANG_HEAD:
