Yup that was me.
Alclad. I's not exactlly the cheapest stuff. Also If you decide to use this, buy some rubber gloves. This stuff is meant for spraying, but it can be brushed on. It is as thin as water, so it is easy to get on your hands, and you do not want that! The stuff will turn your fingers metallicized, permenatly! Also if you use a brush, you can only use that brush once, once it dries. And like HP pointed out, you can only use it on gloss black, the chemical in the alclad reacts with the high gloss, and fuses to the black to get the chrome finish.

If you do what I did (the scourge trailer) with sandpaper to roughen up the surface, be sure to put on a heavy coat of gloss black to fill any tiny gaps so the alclad will come out smoother. Alclad can also be painted over.
