On top of that, they're based in Canada. So depending on how far you live, it can take quite awhile to get there. For example, I myself live in Canada on the other side of the country and have had orders take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks for it to reach me. Maybe if it hasn't reached you after a month, send them an email to see what's up.

I live in Kansas and I've heard that it takes a while to get things into Canada through customs, does it take a while to ship out of Canada as well? I am hoping to get them anyday now. It is my first order with them so I didn't know if it was the norm. Do they give any kind of shipping notice?

It's FunPub. It's their specialty.

Then it's going to be at least another week before you see them. It takes one week, usually, but can take two in terms of shipping time, not counting production time.
So, let's see if we got this right...
You emailed them a week ago, which was two weeks into the order. That means you ordered them on or around the 5th of October.
It'll take at least a week, possibly two for shipping, which will put your order coming to your door on or around November 9th at the very latest.
So, you're looking at having waited a month or more for your order. That's...unheard of with Reprolabels. They can be slow, and I mean sloooooow, but not that slow.
You need to contact them and see if they've shipped yet. It's been a week since your last email, it's not like you're harassing them.
This is why a US seller should buy 'em in bulk, and become a reseller for them so people don't have to wait for customs, long ass shipping, etc. Sure, you'll probably pay more to offset the store's costs, but I'd much rather pay $2-4.00 extra and have peace of mind that it's coming to my mailbox, and I'll have them sooner rather than a lot later, and to me...that's worth that little extra.
I ordered once from Reprolabels, they did a tremendous job with their work, but the shipping left a lot to be desired. (I know, Canadian mail is beyond their control, it's them getting TO the post office to mail it that sucks. They tend to take their time.)
I haven't ordered since, because I'm impatient.
