I really don't know where or how to begin, but I just want to say that I'm back. I would like to apologize to those who were counting on me to get a new version done quite a few years ago, but the US Military had other things in mind for me that I can't discuss.

I look forward to normalizing the best I can and playing the game again.

No, no one knew I was leaving, even me until I was told I was leaving. And, then I wasn't allowed to communicate with anyone but my family for security reasons. I'm trying to see if I can recover what programming I had in progress from my old hosting site, but it doesn't look like there is any way of recovering data from so long ago once I was unable to renew it.

The family is good, happy that I'm home for good.

How has the HMW family been?

Well it seems nobody has taken over the HMW programming. If no one has any problems, I will get my web hosting back on and begin working on a new version again at my own pace. I'm still quite busy getting settled back in, but I don't like seeing HMW in this state. Once I have a workable version I will then present it to Ryan and see what he thinks. For now though, I'll provide a link in the next couple of weeks for player's input although I have a good idea where I would like to go with it.

I'm not setting a date and I'm in no hurry. I have plenty to catch up on and with at home. It will be at my own pace so there are no expectations on dates or anything. Like I said the build will happen on my personal web space until a working version is ready to present to Seibs.

Once I have the web space set up I will post a link so players, mods, Seibs and whomever else would like to test/play/watch/view/comment/whatever else can see. This will happen during the next couple of weeks. I still have all the content I was generating for the v2.0 build I was working on back in the day. I will however have to start all over on the coding.

No offense, but I will be keeping all aspects of my military career private for now. Both because I have to and choose to. That being said it's nice to see a fellow service member on here

Don't worry, I was only kidding. HMW 2.0 has always been a dream, somewhere over the horizon. No one would or could blame you if HMW 2.0 still never happens. Personally, I could easily imagine there's a lot more useful things to do with your time, now the military isn't demanding as much of your service, than programming a TF game.

The scene, a quiet day on Cybertron, so quiet in fact Gore had decided to help out the Decepticon cause by showing one of the new guys around.

"So you see, there's not many of us around these days, in fact it's pretty rare to find an Autobot to beat up on" Gore said.

"What's that over there then?" inquired the young Seawolf.

"That? Oh that's a very special breed of a Decepticon known as a Minicon Muncher. If memory serves me his name is Turboflame of the Savage Blitzkrieg Squad, in fact, it looks like he's found himself a bit of minicon to munch on!" Gore replied.

Suddenly out of no where, a Mogwai Prime appeared, only for its head to be vaporized by a blast from Gore's fusion canon

"What was that then? inquired the young Seawolf

"That? Just a rodent. Best to just smash them and move on" he replied as he transformed and rolled over the top of the headless Mogwai Prime

Thanks for the Welcome back. Didn't realize how much work there would be to coming home, been busier than anticipated.

I'll be posting the site information soon, to view the progress for the new HMW I will be working on. Progress will be slow for the immediate future though.

I will be creating a feedback thread once I get it all going if the mods and Seibs allow it.
