It's not Meijer exclusive, it's general release, Meijer just put it out in stores first.

I like this version of Cyclonus a lot better than the Universe one, so RTS is now my official Cyclonus, and the Universe one is Armada. I like the new paint job on Rodimus, which is great cause my Universe/classic one is now the Protector armor all the time.
However, the real news is this: I think there is a new Warpath toy coming.
There were a lot characters shown in the comic. Not only did we see Cyclonus and Hot Rod, but we saw a lot of new characters that are hitting retail now, or soon will be. I counted Jazz, Tracks, Blurr, Cyclonus, and Hot Rod as characters that are out now. In the coming soon category I have Grapple, Lugnut, Scrouge, Kup, Bumblebee, Rumble, Frenzy, and Preceptor, all of whom where shown in their new toy form. While there were a number of characters that don't have new toys coming, there were shown in their original tv show bodies, except Warpath.
This Warpath had additional blasters coming out from behind its head and had details that weren't consistent with the original toy, the show model, or the legends toys that was released a a few years ago.
