Whoa. If that is Jetfire he is a joke. Talk about back heavy! Anymore kibble than that and he would be a dog's breakfast! Already is IMHO. Waterskis to boot. PASS.

Longs for the days of G1 where we only had to worry about Megatron, Soundwave and Laserbeak wanting to be Autobots, Swoop calling himself Tracks and Slingshot calling himself Slingslot!

Not bad, I'm liking this one except his legs are kinda dinky and he looks like he's blushing XD I will probably get this one for his plane mode which I really like

the early description of Springer said he was a transport plane big enough to carry the autobots... but the legends and robot heroes springer figures are both ospreys... my next guess would be Superion... he may not be a combiner, but he'd be the right size to tackle devastator, and personally I think the color scheme matches... not to mention we heard rumors that Superion was in the movie, but we all brushed them off thinking it was confusion over the Target re-release of energon Superion... maybe we were tricked

also, I wonder if the smaller shuttle turning into a gun is a targetmaster homage

I'm letting that slide b/c the cockpit design, wing profile, and shape of the tail suggests it's not a conventional, contemporary shuttle, but rather some smaller vehicle, maybe that uses the cargo plane for assisted takeoff?
If anything, Optimus is too big.
Will be looking forward to a repaint - as is the colors ruin it for me. Although the gigantic wings in robot mode don't help either.

Could be just a smaller ship. Limited to just short flights Earth-Moon or something like that. Cause judging by the Windows you couldn't fit more than 2 or 3 people in that cockpit.
I don't mind the paint scheme as much as the back kibble. I mean there's enough plastic there to use for his legs and give him decent feet. Instead of chicken legs.

I heard that they have put flights on a long delay (several years), is this true? Thanks!
Umm... this is a TRANSFORMERS forum. None of us know or have any authority to say how or IF NASA would be affected by the recession.
This is also a NECROPOST.

A: WOW this is an old forum to be posing in, been dead for like 6 months.
B: NASA more than likely has delayed launches due to more technical aspects than financial aspects. They JUST about have unlimited funding from what I understand. So no, NASA employees aren't going to suffer from the recession as much since they are all mainly in a MUCH higher pay grade than normal folks. If you want to shoot for working for them, by all means do.
C: According to statistics the recession is 80% gone(our US economy is back to 80% of it's former self & climbing.)
D: You really should as this kind of stuff in our General Post Forums where we discuss things that have nothing to do with toys, you'll get much more feedback there.
Just go to the top of the page, highlight forums, and go to General Discussion. Create a New Topic, make it plain in the title of the thread what you need. Seibertronians will help you.
PEACE
