I'm making a new post for my ROTF Megatron that I painted awhile back since he is pretty much a new figure now.
I removed his back pack, hacked it up and joined some pieces back together to make his back look a lot sexier and more movie accurate (though not exact). I cut away his side walls and filled in the gap with Neoshifter parts. He no longer transforms, but that's ok; I never transform him anyways.
If you wanna see the WIP pictures, check out my photobucket album:

*-Ball joint added to elbow of the murder arm using a 1/144 Gundam ankle joint (perfect since it has ball joint and ankle socket that in embedded into murder arm.
*-made left hand from scratch using palm portion of a MG Gundam hand (has a ball joint) and styrene sheets and a twist tie from the packaging of the Transformers. Each finger is bendable at the main knuckle. Bore out left arm and embeded a socket for the hand, cut away excess plastic and glued styrene sheets to build up the arm and make it look more like the CG.
*-gave him some rust detailing here and there
in the picture below, you only see two fingers and a thumb, but he does have 3 fingers and a thumb, its just behind the others.

To compare the last picture:

NeoShifter and random Gundam parts are great to have around when modding your transformers. You can pick up a neoshifter from Ross stores for about $5 these days, so go get one if you can. The scale is probably better for modding Leader class toys, but some parts can work for Voyagers as well. Anyways, leave a comment with any feedback or questions! Thanks for looking!
