That's only half true. It was set in the past before G1 but the characters were from the future after G1 so technically everything that took place happened before G1 but was set after by the character if that makes any sence.

I really don't think the Transformers need to have secert identities. I would love to see a series that is more of an epic sci-fi war series showing how the war started and showing the war more the Decepticons POV.

All they ever talked about was how long the war has lasted.Yeah they trew in tid-bits about the Quints and vector Sigma but they never really went into depth about them.

I would like to see one of 2 ideas for a series come to life and I would be happy. Both would center around the G1 storyline and they could either be styled after either the Transformers Classics line or even better the Dreamwave comics. I would also like to see the series go for more of a darker tone. Let Megatron be as ruthless as he's supposed to be. Maybe even see a robot get shot every now and then and have some real damage done.

Look lets all be glad that we are finally getting a Season 3 of animated instead of bitching & complaigning about rather or not it is or is not getting canceled or not.

Also it is still to early to make any future judgements about the shows future when in fact Season 3 isnt even on the TV yet.


Also it is way too early to even try to guess about what the next Transformers Project maybe called or what it is about will it be on Cartoon Network like always or will it be in a new direction A Direct-To-DVD Project like GI Joe: Resolutte will be.

Know one nows what the future holds in store for Transformers, and nothing will be known until official sources reveal in their interviews or at press confreces.


But I was thinking since this is the 25th Anniversary of Transformers I was thinking it would be a great idea to commemerate the History of Transformers bye making a Ultimate DVD of fan favorite picked episodes from various Transformers shows also English Dub the other ones into English for people who have never seen the other shows such as Beast Wars 2, Neo and Victory.

Remeber how they did that for Power Rangers were the fans picked out the best episodes from various Rangers shows G1, ZEO, Turbo and Mystic Force why not do that for Transformers and have them do an official poll.

The Best of Transformers Ultimate DVD commemerating 25 years of entertaining children and young adults.


This is just my idea but yeah like HASBRO would actually do something like that they never listen to the fans.

My DVD would have 25 episodes from various shows but I think the Power Ranger thing was 4 disks or something like that so I guess mine would be like that also.

Yes Animated is good most of know that.

The only thing about the Resolute-like thing is that it all depends on how well Resolute dose. So let's hope it dose well. Also Resolute is only going to be 5 minute episodes. So I don't know how Hasbro can make a main TF series out of something like that.

Look what I meant to say is that the next TF project could be A Direct-To-DVD deal like how Resolute will be.

I did not say it will be made necessarily like Resolute but could be made towards younger males and younger teenager making the series much more violentier and bloodier.


But since Transformers is basically made for younger kids ranging from ages 5 to 12 and HASBRO being a family company I dont see them going in this direction with Transformers.


But Hey I have been wrong on more than one occasion and the way things are now of days anything is possible.

Look lets all just wait and see what Animated Season 3 will bring to the table before we start clamoring for the next Transformers Project.

Plus we got Transformers-Revenge of the Fallen coming to Theaters I didnt think it wouldnt be out for at least 3 or 4 years but as fast as movies are made now of days nothing suprises me anymore.

Also I cant wait for the new version of He-Man and also the reboot of Tomb Raider if it is done like Batman-Begins it should be a good movie now only if they can get a decent starlette like Megan Fox to play Miss Croft it would be an even better movie.

Look I am hoping we also get some sort of new DVD Box-Sets this year such as RiD which has yet to be released in the USA, but in the UK they have done seen 3 re-releases of the DVD Set.

What I wanna know is why is RiD allowed to be out in the UK but hasnt been released here in the USA when we are the ones who made the show. I dont know it seems kinda of unfair.

two things both in this wiki statement:

All 39 episodes were scheduled to run during the afternoon Fox Kids programming block on the Fox television network. The third episode, "Bullet Train to the Rescue", was scheduled to air on September 11, 2001, but was preempted in most areas because of the terrorist attacks in America that day. It is bad enough that they felt the need to alter episodes and omit some due to the actions of 9-11, but the same sillyness likely rumbled thru the heads of people at Saban that if they put out DVD's in America with the episodes there would be a backlash, but also if they sent out the DVD's without the episodes, there would be a backlash. Fastforward a few years and the House of Mouse buys Saban, and Disney has shown such willingness to distribute materials under their control that has known connections to other media entities.

But in England where the effects of 9-11 didn't effect the media as much and most of the collections were released before Mickey got involved (and the remaining would already have been under production.) Viola, they get what we haven't.

We did not make the RID show.

RID was originally a Japanese only TF show known as Car Robots 2000.

That could work with the Megatron's rise to power idea. I just want to see a series showing how a new Decepticon leader is chosen which I think is verry likely that Megatron kills his former leader to take his place.

We just had the shows imported from Japan such as other previous shows and the only show that was actually made in the USA is Transformers Animated all other previous shows came from Japan including Generation 1.

As it stands now Animated is the 1st ever Transformer show ever made in the USA.

I guess this is to cut down on production costs and it would cost even more to dub them in english so I guess it does save more money to make Transformers shows in the USA from now on.

Episcally given the state of the Worldwide Economy so I guess from now on all Transformers shows will be made in the USA I Guess.

Also did Armada & Energon also come out in Japan 1st or was them also produced in Japan 1st cause I know Galaxy Force was difenatly made in Japan 1st.

The original Transformers G1 cartoon from season 1 to 4 was an American cartoon but animated in Asia as that's cheaper that way.

It no TF cartoon was ever made in the US except "Theft of the Golden Disc" but I'm not going to provide a link to that as it would be a waist of time as you won't click and read the information anyway.
The official reason for why Optimus Prime is called Convoy in Japan is because the original toy that from Diaclone that was used for optimus Prime was called Convoy and was iconic in Japan.
But the true reason for this is because you touch yorself at night and Japan hates you.
Jetfire and Optimus Prime will combine in ROTF just like TFA Jetfire and Jetstorm while saying "I'm no stranger to love baby.... and neither are youuuuu"

Your incorrect again.

The G1 cartoon did not come from Japan.

It was an American produced show that was animated by Japan [and others countries] studios.

Which is exactly how Animated is being produced.

Not only was G1 an American produced cartoon but both Beast Wars and Beast Machines were American produced cartoon that were CGI animated in Canada.
