Rubbish, Sandman eventually formed back. Venom's bite is only a temporary measure.

It wasn't his bit that killed Sandman but the fact that he was missing a part of his body that cased him to decompose slowely and cruely! By the Way Venom Eats a noter part of ol' Sandy and he's back being a part of the seeside.
