Maybe one of the Seekers would do something stupid like that to try to draw the Seacons out of the water, or like Nautilator would do the same to try to get the Seekers out of the sky, but I think it's really a draw. As a group I'd pick the Seacons, because of the gestalt form and more or less unity of purpose and stuff, not to sound like a dismissal of the Seekers.
