Considering the Piranacon has a limited time to spend as a combiner, I guess it would be a little pointless to have the seekers fight him.

Does Piranacon have a set timer, or something?

Where does this battle take place? The ground disadvantages the Seacons, and the sea disadvantages the Seekers. How 'bout a beach or lake, where it's more evenly matched.

Yeah Piranacon can only stay combined for some number of minutes.
Ok, it takes place on a beach.

Then The battle is a Draw. Seacons get Underwater, and seekers cant Hitt them hard enough to do a Big Damage, and the Seacons Cant effectivelly hitt seekers, so its A draw.

I have to agree. I don't see either group purposely giving up their terrain advantages. Maybe one of the Seekers would do something stupid like that to try to draw the Seacons out of the water, or like Nautilatorwould do the same to try to get the Seekers out of the sky, but I think it's really a draw. As a group I'd pickthe Seacons, because of the gestalt form and more or less unity of purpose and stuff, not to sound like a dismissal of the Seekers.

Even if Piranacon was included in this battle, his poor speed would hinder his chances of defeating the Seekers (assuming he's fighting on solid ground). And on the flip side, the Seekers don't have the firepower to seriously harm Piranacon. Ultimately, the battle would end in a stalemate.

The whole concept of imagining this struggle taking place on a beach would be a fantastic site, no question, but trying to actually invision the crucial points of the unfolding battle is very difficult. It's a total contrast of fighting styles between the two groups, with neither gaining a true advantage over the other.

I think the TC vs. Overbite battle is the best example for it.
Overbite needs the water in order to perform at his best. He can't engage TC on land, as he is, and excuse the terrible pun, quite the fish out of water. And I can't imagine Thunder circling Overbite, waiting for him to pop his head above the water so he can get a shot in.

So, as Tough Scorponok and Dagon have already stated, the battle ends in a draw.

If the Seekers wait until the Seacons are near the sea surface, they can hurt them with depth charges. Perhaps the Seekers can lure the Seacons closer with bait, like a submarine or a fembot skinny dipping at midnight (Jaws, No Hard Feelings [with naked Jennifer Lawrence]).

The Seekers aren't good at underwater warfare. They could acquire a non-living, sub-aquatic robot to venture into the depths and deliver deadly gifts to the Seacons. The trouble is that the oceans are big, dark, difficult places and the Seacons would be hard to find.

If the Seacons come ashore, they have plenty of firepower including a triple crusher cannon (energy bands crush anything) and a paralysing ray. They are serious opposition for the Seekers. Just one of their energy weapons could conceivably kill all the Seekers. As Piranacon, they're virtually invulnerable. Piranacon might even sweep low-flying Seekers out of the sky with a massive tsunami.

The Seekers' two main chances are massive aerial bombardment (including Ramjet's ramming) and null rays. Realistically, if the Seacons go deep enough underwater they'll be safe from harm and would likely kill any Seekers foolish enough to pursue them into the depths.
