Looking at the Botcon.com site, it doesn't look like registration has gone live yet. So you still have time.
It sounds like brochures should be going up shortly, though, and once it does go live it tends to sell out kind of quickly.
Your best bet might be to sign up for their twitter feed on the site to receive an update when registration goes live. That way you're less likely to miss out.
Stormer wrote:My new paranoid concern is this: How soon will registration be sold out? Are we talking, like, within hours of it going live, or a day or two? I've got Twitter just so I can keep an eye on it, but I may not be able to do anything about it unless I'm close to home. I've already bought airfare and hotel, so I would be extremely bummed if I missed out on registration because it sold out before I could get to a computer...Any educated guesses out there?

I heard that Frank Welker does not show up at Conventions because of anxiety issues, is that true?

This is sad to hear if this is true but I understand completely as I have similar issues along with depresson and OCD traits. Actually now that I read that I don't feel bad about having issues as Im not the only one and even well known people aren't immune. Have I told the story on the real reason I wish to get to Botcon? Im gonna leave that for another thread.I heard that Frank Welker does not show up at Conventions because of anxiety issues, is that true?

And can Protoform packages run out? Or can you get unlimited Protoforms for everyone you know?

Also, was this suggestion already in the guide?
For some Botcon locations (like the one on Disney property in 2010), food can be overall expensive, especially if you don't leave the property. My friend recommended bringing some dry foods with me on that trip. I took muffins and ramen last year, and didn't regret it. I plan on taking ramen and snack bars this year.

How much do the souvenir sets usually cost?

Sabrblade wrote:Registration package pick-ups and the club store both open at 6pm on Thursday. Two questions.
1. Will these two have the same line, or will there be two lines (one for the registration package pick-ups and one for just the club store)?
2. What time would be ideal for one get in line?
