I've been doing a lot of macro photography on my collection of Transformers, and other miscellaneous bots for a potential project I have coming up. So this photo challenge is just what I needed to give me some new ideas.

With that in mind I set out today to take some nature photos of one of the most famous G1 toys.

"Countdown"

What? Never heard of him? Well to be honest neither did I until this past June, when I found him and the rocket at a thrift store for two dollars.

Here for your viewing pleasure is the sequence of shots I took this morning, just for this challenge.

Oh, and look for another bot from the 1980's to make a guest appearance in the last few photos.
