It's cool. The guy in the picture you posted is AWESOME. He is probably my favorite kinda guy. The kind of guy that has been missing from my TF collection, whether he's "Alpha Trion" or not.

I agree that the carrier and lion mode are weak. Lion looks good, but that's about it. For me, the robot mode trumps all those short comings though.
I do look forward to Lio Convoy's carrier mode. It looks much more cohesive.

Wow. It does look more cohesive. But Lio's lio mode still has the unicorn horn

Got a couple new Steelbooks. Beyond is colorful and beautiful! And I somehow missed out on this HG, but finslly found one for a decent price. Got em all now!

After unearthing some old MP's, I sadly found my Megatron to be suffering from that famous cosmic rust. But, Lena's still selling some MISB's!

AND my lovely Harry Potter Steelbook set!

Oh, I also finally found some Crystal Pepsi. Reaction: Meh!

So that pink stuff is the cosmic rust I've been hearing about? I just figured it was on the metal parts of the actual figure.

Can anyone link the thread? I'd like to hear the evidence. He feels slightly different, but no more so than an official comparison between original and reissue.
one thing the KO'ers never did was pay extreme attention to the boxes, and this one even has the lot stamp on the bottom like every official MP I own.

But even if it's not a KO, I know it's not completely legit. I thought they were official molds used illegitimately? Regardless, I'm fine with it. At least he still has feet to stand on

Sorry man. I went digging for about ten minutes, but had to abort. Wed. is the day my weekly freelance comes in, and I had to get on it.
I couldn't find the thread (because it's near **** impossible to find anything on here using the search engine.)
I seem to remember the give away being the image on the box. Do you have your OG MP-05 box handy? Could you compare the two? The image quality was noticeably different, and there was something up with that red velvet back ground.

Sorry to hear you have the cosmic rust too. My MP5 has it HORRIBLY on the spine area/interior diecast. On the feet too, but that wiped off much easier with a jeweler's cloth. Stupid terrible MP5 that I love to hate. His face color was the inspiration for my repaint of Apollyon!!

I shall search the archives of the collection of stuff and things. As well as my Amazon and OneDrives I have a lot of pictures of MP5, but maybe not of the Cosmic Rust. I'll remedy that tonight!!
