If its the comics then its Shockwave if its the cartoon then is Cyclonus.

Then as I said the winner is Cyclonus.

Shockwave in the toon was just not very viscus or much of a fighter.And considering he was a gun he was a very bad shot.

Either way, I'm inclined to favor Cyclonus. He's nearly as powerful and intelligent as Shockwave, plus he has the supreme advantages of speed and mobility. Then again, Shockwave's superior logic might tip the scales in his favor, since he could surely figure out how to turn the situation to his advantage--and put Cyclonus squarely in his sights. It's a tough call. :-?

Cartoon would be Cyclonus! I always felt he was the methodical voice of reason to Galvatrons seeming madness. He almost seemed more fit to lead the Decepticons.

Cyclonus couldn't even beat shockwave in the comics. He even said when nightstick asked him, "We, errrrrrrrrrr...

...had some help last time." The "help" happened to be arguably one of the most powerful characters in Marvel UK, yes?

Shockwave will win this one or at least the one in the comics would although it would be an extremely long and drawn out battle with both sustaining a fair amount of damage but in the end Shockwave wins.

If Cyclonus catches Shockwave by surprise, he might just overwhelm Shockwave with a massive barrage. However, Shockwave is a master of EM radiation so he should see Cyclonus coming and then assess his capabilities. Thus prepared, Shockwave should be able to knock out Cyclonus with one strong blast from his gun mode.
