Hey all, I figured I should start posting my many, many customs from late 2019! After buying a Redwing in October, I was hooked on the siege seekers and purchased more... and more... and more of them.

Quick breakdown of what was changed on the Rainmakers.

Acid Storm's look was inspired by his Cyberverse counterpart (and T30 toy to a lesser degree), with silver black and red aplenty. The odd bits of purple are there to represent his corrosive fluids leaking, and homage the purple his T30 toy used as a secondary color.

Nova Storm was given gunmetal/black and dark red to homage his edgy Ask Vector Prime color scheme along with Iron Factory's toy of him. The red flecks give him a "solar storm" sort of look.

Finally, Ion Storm received some black and white details to give him a "grounded" look along with lime and white lightning effects. It was extremely fun to work on this figure and I want to try more effects like this in the future!

Dude... I'm so jealous, I guess you could say I'm green with envy. :lol:

Seriously, though. This is fantastic. I may do a touch-up of my own.... :twisted:

This is some fine work!

I have my own plans for repainting the Rainmakers, but decidedly more mild: cartoon-accurate stripes, picking out the details, and breaking the monotony while keeping to the same basic color scheme. Nothing as cool as this.
