Ok, Decepticon logo:
I've watched the movie twice, once in cinemas a second time online(immoral I know).
In the cinema I laughed at the fact that the Ice cream truck had, on it's side, " :CON:

Suck my Popcicle"!
Online I wondered what the hell happened to the text? It just said " :CON:

Popcicle"...

The answer to the question of the Decepticon logo:
BAD CENSORSHIP!

For some reason in England the text was there, in the German version I saw online it wasn't.
I also saw it opening night in England (which if you remember was before it came out in America), so maybe people(to be read over-protective parents) complained about it after the first few nights and they removed it for later releases.

Personally, it would have been funnier to me if the twins were stuck in Ice Cream truck mode. That way, people could constantly use it as a joke in the movie!

funny, but it would really alter the Devastator fight and the way Sam finds the matrix :-B
