Yeah, even with the black suit Spidey can't chuck buildings and have the agility to move at the speed of light.

Not to mention KH3 is hinted to have an entirely different cast mean, no Sora.

Spidy survieved so many battles beat Venom and a lot more realy big and pouerfull behings so he would just wipe the floor with Sora since spidy will find one wekness to Sora. And if he looses Soras got truble comming in form of Venom, Carnage, Green Goblin, Doc Ock and Elecktro since he would have robed them of ther chance to kill Spider-Man and Sora will be defeted.
