Maybe the Cons are bridging The Ark (Omega Supreme)from the Moon to Earth so they can power him up and corrupt his system. Make him destroy us all.

No, by what I could read out from the description, the Cons are using it to launch the attack from the Moon. Why so, I can't immagine (Probably to save more time on Destruction)
