The title says it all. My money's on Spider-Man, but it would be a really tough call. What do you guys think?

Batman is prepared for almost any contigency, especially when facing meta's. He's just too well trained and has too much gear to lose.

Reed Richards once said he thought Spidey was rather amazing when it came to smarts. No, he can't.

If Spider-man puts his all into it, he rips the entire Bat Family apart. He fights way under his proverbial weight class.

Batman could call in favours and trap Spiderman, perhaps in the Phantom Zone, the Bottled City of Kandar or Apokolyps (home planet of Darkseid).

Alternatively, Spiderman could just rip Batman's head off.

In a straight fight, Spiderman overpowers Batman.

If there's a chance to prepare, Batman can find many ways to defeat Spiderman but the latter is too fast and alert to be caught by most ambushes. Furthermore, Spiderman is very good at investigating things and could find many ways to beat Batman.

If Batman wants to win, he will have to work very hard.

My money's on Spiderman to win.
