Totally agree!
If it IS from the bay film, and it is a triple changer that looks like that, he'll be called "Bruticus"
Wouldn't "Octane" sound cooler? That's kinda the reason Optimus got those flames and Brawl in the 2007 movie was named "Devastator": they were cooler.
Although, which do you think is cooler name:
a) Blitzwing, b) Bruticus or c) Octane?

godzillabot wrote:Well this afternoon I was at the library watching youtube videos and somebody had made a knock-off TF commercial for the third TF movie, it seemed to have video meshed with it from some other movie I’m not sure what the movie was called but I can remember a seen from it, it showed a jumbo jet transforming into some sort of robot, what does this have to do with the image, I kind of think its from the movie mentioned previously
P.S. if anybody knows the name of this movie please tell me

There's a scene in a film I own on dvd that has this. It's a Japanese movie called Returner. In this film it's actually an alien ship and not a robot, also there was nothing in this film that relates to the image.

For me, this look nothing like a game rendering and looks more on par with movie still. A game shot would be more pixeled, this is fairly clear with more distinct lines.

Because we don't need the entire bot to see it doesn't represent the same design thought as the other movie-formers do. A rendering of a game bot', especially from a cut scene versus real-time doesn't have to be as low-poly as the real time mesh used in game. In fact, it usually looks better, and nothing like game quality.
If you study the movie designs closely you'll see many discrepancies with the image here. To list,
- to date, none of the jet-formers in the films retained their wings in bot mode. Starscream's collapse, and while his wide shoulders give the impression of the 22's wing shape, the wings themselves break apart. Jetfire only retains "feather" bits protruding out of his back.
Wings themselves are generally too large for the average retained alt-mode bits. Bumblebee has some of the most complete alt-mode pieces in bot mode with his chest and door wings. Prime is close behind with large chunks on his forearms and lower legs. In general, the Decepticons break down even more than the Autobots, presumably for different faction aesthetics (it's supposed to help you differentiate, along with pointy versus square/rounded, and color/saturation).
The bot in the pic has highly undisturbed wings, treads, and a continuous band of armor right under the arm, on the chest - film bots generally like to expose moving pieces there, to show how the arm moves, besides it just being a lot of coverage for any area of a movie bot in general. The lower arm and hand are about the only pieces that are almost convincingly movie-like, however, again, they lack a large amount of detail in all the small pieces that would go in that wrist gap. Even if the gap is for lower arm twisting, movie bots would cover over the gap with other pieces.
So I stand by my impression that this is not from the film, or at least it wasn't originally expected to be in the film, etc. aforementioned.
Having made costumes of three canon movie formers, and using a game model for one of them, I am confident in my judgement.
