Well, bad news.

Pulse shipped my ThreeZero Prime, but Fedex lost it as soon as they got it. And it sold out, so I could not get a replacement. Full refund. I am very upset.

I also placed a 2nd order last sunday, and it still hasn't shipped yet either. Got an email this afternoon telling me it was going to be delayed in shipping that order. Really annoyed at how long it is taking and that they needed to email about it

I got the delay email on my second order today as well. At least it is just Coronation screamer and an extra sweep, so they can take their time.

I thought this was "steal of a deal" forum, but it's looking more like "moan and groan about time to ship" forum. Pulse must have spoiled some with quick shipping times in the past. It usually takes three to four weeks for my packages to arrive from Pulse. I placed an order on the second and fourth, and based on the order numbers, there were over 11,000 orders between my first and second. Since the sale lasted more than two days, probably with highest volume on first and last days, across several brands, I imagine Pulse is fulfilling orders as quickly as possible. Or not. Either way, I eagerly but patiently wait the arrival of my order and thank Hasbro for an awesome sale.

Three to four weeks sounds like an exaggeration unless your stuff is crossing several international borders. Even some of the Canadians here got their orders after a few days of the sale. My first package (from my one, day one order) shipped the same day and arrived on the 5th so it's still reasonable to expect fast turnarounds. My second package shipped on the 7th and is expected today. I honestly thought the package was lost because I had no update from the 7th to the 14th, a whole week with no information from GA to MA. I don't think anyone is really complaining about Hasbro specifically here, and if they are it's misguided. It really doesn't seem like FedEx was prepared for the shipping volume at all which I think is reasonable to complain about.

And the moaning and groaning is rightfully justified. When I shell out $300 bucks I expect to get my merchandise in a reasonable amount of time. It isn't difficult to print an invoice and go around a warehouse with a box and place some bubble wrap in and send the stuff on its way, especially when it's all in stock items.
Ask yourself this: If you order a meal for delivery do you want it in a reasonable amount of time when, you're you know, hungry? How would feel if you got it 3 hours after the fact?

Update: I still have not got a shipping notice for my Pulse sale package. I had a buddy call them about the delays, and I guess some of the stock was still in containers during the sale and not in the warehouse, which is causing further delays.

Got my shipment notification yesterday, finally. Should be arriving Monday via UPS. I found out with my UPS account alerts, hours before i got the Pulse email.

Just out of curiosity where were people's delayed shipments being shipped out of? For me the one that shipped the first day of the sale and showed up a few days later came from PA which is often very fast, while the one that took several days to be packed and then over a week in transit game from GA. That seems to be the case with anything I get shipped from Hasbro's GA warehouse, they're ridiculously slow. My Masterpiece Crosscut arrived the same day, but shipped a week later from the PA warehouse.

My ThreeZero Prime was lost shipping from the PA warehouse (I live only about 3-4 hours from that warehouse). My other order doesn't have a shipping number yet
