Is the Ironhide the same size as the cars or is he bigger?

The Ironhide mold is not licensed from what I can tell.

It's a Nissan Sunny Vanette. So 100% MP tradition (except for Optimus and UM who looks suspiciously like a Freightliner truck), this is going to be licensed.

Ironhide's upper body should be vertically parallel, but it's / \ shaped. His lower body is too wide. His torso should be 4:3 ratio, but it's 3:4. These things make his proportions look off. He doesn't look too bad though. Still worth the purchase for me.

I agree the stock photos look a bit wonky. I also agree the "in-person" photos portray a much more favorable picture.

Just to clarify for myself, the van was originally made by Datsun, and of course now it's Nissan, Ya?

I think he looks fantastic. This also all but assures a Ratchet as well, and that's really cool. I have no idea what to do with my i-Gear ones now, other than appreciate their few years of service on the MP shelf.

I'd heard the sled was just a totally separate accessory somewhere, but the pictures make it look more and more like part of the van mode. Any thoughts on that?

I think the sled being a seperate piece in the image showing what is probably the back of the box, and all the accessories included, means that it will be a seperate accessory on the toy. Although, like you say, the pictures do make it look like it is the hood section of the van. I am happy with both those options as both are awesome homages in their own way.

I think it needs one more picture added, the picture of Ironhide in alt mode in the back of MP-10s trailer (didn't I see that somewhere..?)

I'm hoping it's part of the van. I've come to terms with the cartoon accuracy in this line, but I always appreciate a nod to the original toys. It seems like it would kind of be a waste and not in line with the awesomeness of these toys if it were separate.
