TransformersAsia.com has posted official images of the upcoming Asian market exclusive Megatron: Dark Energon Edition. The figure is a redeco of the Transformers: ROTF Leader Class Megatron featuring a "Dark Energon Edition Metallic Finish". He's scheduled to release December 14th is Asia excluding Japan.

Great color scheme.Not a big fan of the puny left arm or non articulated right arm. Would have liked a new leader class version of DOTM Mack Truck Megatron.

Too bad that we got several good Prime molds but Has/Tak could never get movie Megatron right.

It's in DOTM packaging, not TF4 packaging.

And being sold as an Asia market exclusive would be a really BAD way of promoting TF4 to American (and, for that matter, Japanese) consumers.
