Only thing i want from this release is Cerebros. I'm also curious to see if my PE Warden can be incorporated into Fortress Maximus at all. Switch heads and use the big ass gun for CW Fort.

Also wish that Rebirth-Cerebros were sold separately so I could pose him with the other Headmasters. Because Fortress Maximus is where I draw the line.

You know, if Takara wanted to, I could see them doing a special exclusive or campaign figure release of the Rebirth Cerebros head and body without Fort Max as the actual Rebirth cartoon version of the character with Spike as his Headmaster, with a bio describing him as the Rebirth cartoon incarnation who controlled Fortress Maximus in another timeline from the one that Fortress controlled Battleship Maximus in, allowing Takara to treat "Fortress" and "Cerebros w/ Spike" as separate characters, and allowing Takara to do a show-accurate version of Rebirth Cerebros (Hasbro's has blue in its deco for some bizarre reason).

Maybe this special Takara Cerebros toy could even have its own unique voice clips taken from the Japanese dub of The Rebirth, spoken by either Ken Narita (Cerebros), Kōji Ochiai (Rebirth Spike), and/or Kunihiko Yasui (Rebirth Fort Max).

Only thing i want from this release is Cerebros.

I feel the same, and... to me, that's pretty bizarre, because what exactly is Cerebros on his own?
He's a pretty generic robot with no particular outstanding features, the only colour on his entire body are his blue visor and red autobot symbol; he doesn't really have weapons of his own aside from the smaller master sword in SDCC and Takara (at least, I don't remember him having any), all he transforms into is a head and part of a building; and I personally don't have a particular connection to the character.
So he's a colourless generic robot that transforms into nothing who I don't care about.
... but he's so cool and I want him???

No, it wasn't. Galvatron was riding in Cyclones at the time. Scourge pops his head up and says "You want me to gut Ultra Magnus?"

Galvatron says "There are plenty of Autobots for you. Ultra Magnus is mine!"

Scourge isn't the one speaking. Scourge's head pops up, but its mouth doesn't move. The voice itself wasn't even Stan Jones. It was Roger C. Carmel. Cyclonus has a total of two lines in the whole movie. "You want me to gut Ultra Magnus?" and "The Autobots have been terminated!" are the only lines Carmel says as Cyclonus in the whole movie (any other lines he had were spoken by a Quintesson).

Whether he said it or not, the line is still closely associated with the appearance due to it being uttered when it happened. Plus a lot of people, as shown here, could easily have believed it to be said by Scourge considering his head popped up when a line was being said. And the fact that Cyclonus, as stated, had a total of two lines in the movie. Did Scourge even have any lines? So it's not like you can easily tell who's talking.
So whoever said it it's still the line associated with it.

Eh, just let it go. I will imagine Scourge said that line and the TR/Legends figure can still pull off the head and someone can photoshop a moving mouth with the line played overtop of it

What is weird is that given the context of the scene, script or not, it should have been Scourge who said it as Cyclonus, already carrying Galvatron needn't try to suck up to Galvs while Scourge, well, why'd he pop up his head unless he wanted to show off his "gerwalk" mode or wanted to verbally brown nose Galvs of gutting UM.

Then again, the 1986 movie had quite a number of WTF? scenes. Such as Unicron's rings behind Lithone's buildings, Sunstreaker being in two places (Moonbase shuttle with PIme and Lookout mountain), 'cracker and SW being "alive" during SS's coronoation......etc.
