Yeah, he wasn't made when Hasbro had the other four made, so his Takara-initiated development started much later.

We've seen many "finished" samples of Deluxe UW Groove already. I think this was just a test shot done in yellow plastic that Yuki grabbed for the photo shoot because it looked interesting.
