Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.
Oh, I hope that doesn't happen. As these molds would be less unique if that were the case.worldsgreatest wrote:I wouldn't be surprised if the 'new' microns are all included in with the MA figs that were just solicited, but have placeholder images.

I dunno. these Newly-revealed Micron molds look like they were designed specifically for their 3-weapon combinations while the ones part of the regular AM series look more like their combo weapons aspect was more of a bonus added to their resembling the weapons of their larger companion figures.JelZe GoldRabbit wrote:Gearslide wrote:..So, they're NOT the same figures that come with the Arms Micron Takara toys, but entirely different figures (unless you don't count the 4 repaints).

Actually, I have a feeling they're all repaints. We already have knowledge of 20 Arms Micron releases with only 10 out of the 21 Microns thus far properly identified.

Are AMW-02 & AMW-03 supposed to be anything in their individual alt modes, and, if so what
And what the hell is AMW-01's "robot" mode? Some kind of insect?

AMW-02 is a hawk, AMW-03 is a Crocodile.
I can't tell what AMW-01 is though.
Anyone notice that EVERY animal-based Micron has one-eye, and EVERY humanoid Micron has two eyes?
Yes, I can see that, but what do the hawk and/or crocodile transform into (other than a third of a sword)?Gearslide wrote:AMW-02 is a hawk, AMW-03 is a Crocodile.

Looks to me like a butcher's cleaver and a 4 barreled gun, respectively.

OK. I can get totally get behind a robotic hawk that transforms into a cleaver.
So I was looking at my BBTS pre-orders, and there seems to be a pattern:
AMW-01 through AMW-03 are original Microns that have a third, merged mode, and are due in July.
AMW-04 through AMW-06 are all repaints of previously released Microns, and are due in July.
AMW-07 through AMW-09 are original Microns that have a third, merged mode, and are due in August.
AMW-10 is a repaint of a previously released Micron, and is due in August.
Wanna bet we'll see two more repainted, previously released Microns in September?
The big question for me is, are the Microns that come with Optimus, Bumblebee and Ratchet ever going to be released as repaints or not? I have very little interest in owning the Takara versions of these molds and would pretty much only be buying them for their Microns....
I'd be willing to bet that is the Micron we're least likely to see get an independent release, since it appears Takara is already double-dipping it by including it with AM-15 Darkness Megatron:Requiem Prime wrote:If they hold pattern, I hope 1 will Megatron's gorilla.
