I really like the painted details on hotspots vehicle mode, but both of his other modes look really poorly painted

i was trying to avoid Strika being added due to her ,in some universes, being a autobot and i wouldn't find it proper for an all decepticon team

The bigger question is: how much are they re-molding? New heads seem like a must, but will rook have his hand gimmick and weapon, or will they borrow swindles hands, or make new ones?

It would be nice if Takara moulded new hands for the galvatronus combiner so they looked more in line with the art. As for the suggestion that it's made of the moulds that Japan didn't get, well I don't see Alpha Bravo in that silhouette

You're absolutely right. I completely forgot about Vortex...and blades...yeah...Though that must sting for him, to be over there as those other guys but not himself.

If, on the Takara Galvatronus, by 'his own limbs', they mean, 'another set of repaints', then yes, he seems to have his own limbs there.

Let's see.... I'm seeing an Arialbot for the arm, one leg is another Offroad, and one seems to be a Rook. Not sure what the other arm is... too occluded.

It's skydive and airraid; but unless they imported, they didn't get rook or offroad (I know ironhide is coming out, but if the head stays the same it'll be new to them), they weren't released in Japan (by TT at least) so it could be new to them, since it is a TT release, intended for their primary audience in Japan

That's why this Defensor is a let down to me. all that sculpted detail is not painted whereas the hasbro one is and it looks really good too
