Ok, so barring the slight deco differences, here is the main differences in the molding (gotten from Gepard on TFW):
-New elbows/lower arms on Scrapper, Mixmaser, Long Haul, and Hook.
-New combiner head.
-New knees/thighs on Bonecrusher and Scavenger.
-New waist joints on Bonecrusher and Scavenger for combiner mode shoulder ratchets.
-New G1 accurate guns for each robot.
That sounds amazing. I think I made the right choice waiting for this version instead of going for the Hasbro version. It's been a major test of patience but the wait is nearly over.

william-james88 wrote:150$ for Takara makes sense, but so did 100$ for Hasbro (plus shipping/taxes for either). So I was really torn on that. However part of me knows that I would have never felt happy with Hasbro's Scrapper knowing there was a much better one out there.

Dear William M,
this is the confirmation email that the following item/s
Transformers Unite Warriors UW-04 Devastator
has been shipped for you!
D-Maximus_Prime wrote:Don't kill me or anything but: Hasbro Defensor is still better to me. I do not like the robot mode on the Groove and It looks too skinny as a leg. The legends Groove looks so much better to me.
Now, this mold makes a good looking arm, and if Computron comes, AFterburner would be an arm, so he would work there, but to me he just doesn't work as good as he could

I agree, especially since I got half his limbs cheap on Cyber Monday and I'm super picky about scale. Not that every other limb vehicle scales well, but I prefer small motorcycles.

Plus all that gorgeous molded detail gets glossed over in the uw verison

That too. I like the blue on the Takara Hot Spot and I like the blue on Defensor's chest to break up all the black, but the lack of detail hurts it and the tiny Groove helps break up the chest a lot better than I would have thought.

If no one does it first, I'll post a pic of leg Groove with Chest Groove on Hasbro Defensor. However, sorry, but my accountant will rip out something important in my chassis if I bought 4 UW Defensors...
kurthy wrote:Anyone know how long it typically takes BBTS to get theirritated stock in? I'm getting antsy and if I could order through Robot Kingdom or another exporter and have it here before Christmas, that sounds better than playing the waiting game through BBTS. I've never done a preorder before for a Takara release.

Haha, totally understandable. I don't really expect anybody here to actually get four UW Defensors, especially for that purpose. At best, it's going to take some photoshop trickery.
