The first two times I just assumed it was a problem with that particular mold and could be avoided by not buying the Helicopters, but now that UW Groove is broken as well I'm convinced it's a line-wide issue. There's two non-mutually-exclusive possibilities here- one possibility is that the plastic just sucks. The other possibility is that the bizarre choice to make the 5mm ports hexagonal made them more prone to fractures. Or of course it could be both. Either way I want my money back on these f*ckers.
I'm done buying official combiners. I gave you a chance, HasTak, and you blew it. You burned me one too many times. I guess you really do get what you pay for- it's 3rd party only for me from now on (at least with combiners).
What happened with Blades, Alpha Bravo and Groove? Can you provide a link to where you talked about that?
Did the store where you purchased the set from help you out?
I pinged them an email when Blades broke and they said they'd source a replacement leg directly from Takara. Unfortunately it hasn't arrived yet and Groove already broke on me. I've asked them for a refund now, they haven't responded just yet.

There's a pic of one of the choppers too. I am now doing an audit on my figures too. DM, have you combined them a bunch? Or has this been from just a couple of times?

I like to give one Devastator accessory to each Constructicon: this is for Mixmaster![]()
Mixmaster is the great defect of the gestalt, but overall I think this Devastator is a great product, price/quality ratio also.

This has been discussed previously. All six Constructicons were given updated altmodes for their CW/UW releases. It's just that Mixmaster's the only one whose vehicle orientation got changed around because the real life vehicles that the other five's altmodes are based on happened to not be as drastically different in design from the vehicles that the 1985 Constructicon toy altmodes were based on. All six of the CW/UW Constructicon altmodes are based on gigantic-sized industrial-grade construction vehicles used in large scale mining operations rather than the much smaller-scaled construction vehicles seen in cities working on smaller-scaled projects.Logan79 wrote:UW/CW Devastator is G1 accurate; five of six models are G1 accurate.
Mixmaster is the unique real Generations, with an updated alt mode, but... between G1 accurate models it clashes inevitably.

Anyway, in my opinion, has alt mode and leg mode (the foot) accomplished poorly (and the robot back...). ^^

o.supreme wrote:May I ask if you know how much shipping usually is?(I would think to US or Canada would be about the same but...) -Sorry I just don't want to go all the way through the registration process only to find that shipping is so expensive, that it is not worth it, which is the experience that I have had on several other sites coming straight from Japan or other Asian countries.
The item price is great, but after shipping, it is pretty much the same as BBTS (or only 10+/- dollars difference)
Transformers Unite Warriors UW02 Menasor
