TakaraTomy has updated their Transformers site with a new flash intro. It also includes pictures and information about Transformers Sports Label as well as Beast Wars updates.

Transformers Sports Label
Transformers Sports Label wave one is due out this month. It features Optimus Prime and Megatron modeled as Nike Free 7.0. Both characters come in Nike style shoe boxes and feature real laces.

Takara is also releasing another Beast Wars figure this month, Rhinox TM-09, which will feature a DVD with a Beast Wars episode. Howlinger will be released next month.

From what we have heard, if the first wave does well, Takara will release more using other brand names and sports items.
