Yeah, but some of them (terrosaur/airazor) would be really difficult to engineer. But Scorponok, Megs, o/p would be easy to update, and you could even pull some gen arcee shenanigans with black arachnia/tarantulas (hips and legs forming large parts of the alt mode, etc.)

im sure they could figure it out, also since this is from takara maybe an updated Gigastorm and God neptune as well

So I'm going to be the negative one ... I'm not getting excited.

The original BW figures are fantastic. The modern updates (Rhinox, Rattrap etc) didn't impress me, in fact, I prefer the originals.

So they're going to have to do something special really interest me.
(Totally behind a updated God Neptune just so we can get a G1 repaint)

Not really, but owning both figures, I'm a little lost as to how anyone can 'like' it let alone prefer it over the new one. Must just have a 'charm' to it I guess...

I can understand having a soft spot for the OG's, I love the updates but they'll never replace them.

I'll weigh in on the 20th speculation. Those thinking it'll be premium repaints, I don't see it. With Hasbro's 10th and Telemocha, there's not much to be improved upon unless they did non-show characters. But this IS Takara's thing, so it could be Neo/II characters. My guess is MP Primal with be released and another (Megatron) will be teased this year and maybe some new Generations type Beastie figures released.

Oh I can understand how someone likes the original Rhinox figure. Heck, transform it so it's a bit closer to the show model in terms of kibble and pop off the mutant mask, he's a damn fine figure.

As for this..... Well, Beast Wars is my show. It holds a very special place in my heart and I still hold it up as one of my all time favourite shows (not cartoons, actual show in general) so anything that Takara puts out to celebrate this, I'm on board with.

I don't need premium paint jobs, if I didn't buy the figure the first time 'round, nor the second or third (or fourth or fifth in some cases) nor during the 15th anniversary, I certainly won't pay premium prices to import them now.

What I want are new molds, or re-releases of bw/bwII/bw neo figures I wasn't able to get when they were out.
