i think that theres a little bit of the allspark left in his chest and some sharks try to eat him and they activate him and he becomes galvatron.

I think TF2 should be about Starscream and Barricade reuniting and bringing in a few new Decepticons. Definitely give the film a darker edge. Perhaps have Starscream trying to lead, but Barricade wanting to find and revive Megatron (kinda like their conversation in the prequel novel, for those who read it). Bring in a few new Autobots, kill off Ratchet and one new guy. Just when the Autobots are making their last stand, Barricade shows up with Megatron, and Starscream is shocked. The Autobots get away in the confusion, and Megatron and Starscream fight to Starscream's death. End the film with Megs saying something deliciously evil about revenge on the Autobots and especially that pathetic human that shoved the Allspark into his chest.

Okay so parts of my idea do sound kinda cheesy now that i see them written, but you get the idea.

The Decepticons could kidnap the kids or something, etc. Make it a personal blow that just goes over the line but no so much that it'll turn people away. I think killing off a major character (like Megatron and Jazz) has proven to be a not so positive experience.

No no, the Autobot being executed is to show that the Decepticons won. They didn't have to do kill anybody, they were in control. But they wanted to "show off" so to speak, really rub the victory in the Autobot's faces even though they had to leave.
It has to be someone from the first movie so it can have maximum shock value to show just how ruthless the decepticons are. Bumblebee is who people connected with, him dying would be the devastating final blow required to secure psychological victory over the Autobots.
That kind of ruthlessness is something I think Shockwave would be likely to do. No senseless killing, but that one death would break almost all of the Autobots morale (at least in his mind)

Hmm... I think it should only be hinted at through-out the movie. Shockwave runs around invading and looking for supplies while everyonce in a while it cuts to Soundwave or someone else super loyal to Megatron (I like the idea of Soundwave because then his minions can be helping in the labor) digging up pieces and parts to make a new Megatron. Or even just Shockwave getting messages from the mother ship about the progress being made. Only in the ending is it confirmed that Megatron has indeed been revived with most of Earth conquered and Megatron going in for the kill and ready escalate it to total war.

The only thing I don't agree with you on is that it doesn't show the vastness of the situation. This is a whole race of beings with millions if not billions of members. I think the main thing the second movie must show is that this isn't a scuffle or intergalatic cops but a war that has been raging for millions of years. I want to see some waring in the second movie. At least ten main bots on each side with filler characters to be fought and killed.
