what's the complete list of characters and cast for the 3rd movie as of now, can anyone answer? Reason I ask is because I see and read characters dropping in and out, and I was wondering if James Avery and/or Silverbolt is still a part of the story at all?

We can be confident that Silverbolt will be in the movie with Mr. Avery's voice, unless he leaves for some drastic reason which is unlikely.
Silverbolt will most likely end up as some kind of aircraft (can't be a million percent sure) and as such we PROPABLY haven't seen the vehicle yet because either it doesn't appear in parts of the film that have been filmed so far or does but only as CGI.
Asd for the rest of the characters there'll be a much better picture six months from now. At the moment it's more info gathering and less fact determining stuff that's going on.
The more scenes get filmed the more jigsaw pieces we'll get to fiddle with.
