Sorry looks goofy to me.
BWOP: "Die-cast construction...It's a lost art!"

Longs for the days of G1 where we only had to worry about Megatron, Soundwave and Laserbeak wanting to be Autobots, Swoop calling himself Tracks and Slingshot calling himself Slingslot!

What a cool alt mode...
It's a pity his robot mode(especialy the head) looks like a super-idiot instead of a super-scientist that Perceptor is supposed to be...

Question:are there any rumors or something about TFA Constructicons toys?

It looks rather interesting. If the toy pulls if off well, then it'll be a marvel. Having the microscope as a cannon's very sneaky too. It looks quite possible that Series 3 will explore Cybertron, seeing as that doesn't look very much like a car a human would construct.

Well, according to the sheets, Perceptor's alt modes will be featured in the season 3 opener [episode 30], but we will not see him in bot mode until episode 2 [episode 31].

I could have misinterpreted the meaning of said numbers, and part of me hopes I did, because it would be weird to see a new TF without seeing its bot mode.

Though, I could be right, because they didn't show Blurr's bot mode until later in the series.

Any takers?

Any air dates?

i cant remember the technical mumbo jumbo but hasbro said that as of right now there are no plans for constructicons. they would love to do them but only when the time is right and the figures can be done well... makes me belive we might see more constructicons in the series.

I agree. Have they announced a toy for him?

As a fan of both G1 and TFA, I approve of this reimaging. Science truck/mobile lab is an excellent update to microscope/'tank'.

That was noticed and posted about the day the first images were leaked. Welcome to the party Pal.

I agree the glasses look stupid... I get what they're going for, but it looks stupid (not to mention redundant... a robot needing glasses? can't he buy new optics? :???: ) I don't remember them in the first image we saw... oh well I'll just get used to them :SMUG:

otherwise, awesome design... wish they'd do that for the universe line (plus, wasn't the original toy technically a triplechanger?)

That looks all kinds of awesome. Colour me surprised.

I think there may be some differences in the toy form though, as I cant see the tyres around the wheels disappearing as they seem to do in the robot mode... unless the wheels on his elbows are fakes and the actual alt mode wheels become part of the backpack.

I'm with Mkall, hope this is a voyager. I so want to buy this in toy form!
