Nothing major, but in case you were wondering how they were going to handle the whole replacement arm issue apparently it will come in it's own packaging. Here's a look from their facebook page.

I'm not understanding this replacement thing. Mine seems just fine. But apparently I'm one of the lucky ones. Is this piece coming extra charge or is it included w/ the next Hercules character?

There's a clearance issue with the ratchet joint at the base of the excavator arm where the two cogs pass one another. It can, and probably will cause the black base housing to crack or completely break at some point depending on how ofter you reposition it. I have two Exgravers, one cracked and the other has stress marks. This one is supposed to have a redesigned base joint, and it is included with Heavylabor orders, or you can contact them directly to get the piece if you don't plan on getting Heavylabor.

my digger arm is rather stiff, but i dont have stress marks or anything, so i dont really need it but that packaging is so cool looking!

does this come in tandem with the regular heavylabor box or is this only available to those who only want the replacement arm? i think it would be rather simple to cram in the extra piece into the box, so i really appreciate this extra packaging if that is the case.

From what I understand Heavylabor will come with the replacement, whether it will be included in his box or not I don't know. If you just want the replacement arm you can contact them directly. Here's a link to their facebook page, which is probably going to be your best bet at contacting them:
