You've probably seen these by now, but ILM posted a set of concept/development pages and WIP clips for the TF:One main cast.

Lots of cool details here, though I have to chuckle when it says they engineered the transformations to not require any animation cheating (by which I think they mostly mean scaling) while the preview clips all show chunks of geo clipping through each other!

Haven't been able to find a direct link to it on ILM's site, but have you all seen the concept art gallery they've posted?

It seems to be the source for a number (though not all) of the concept shots I've seen popping up on SM, and has a lot of great detail pieces for both main and side characters. Including a good number of full shots of background racers from the Iacon 5000, some of whom got quite a bit more detail / differentiation than I'd imagined.
