If they were to sell the figures at the regular price then some of us would just buy them ourselves and resell them on eBay for $360.00. The way I see it they did right when they lowered the price but I am sure even they did not anticipate such a high demand for the figure.

C. if you missed out then you have to pay period.
everyone gets mad when they missed out, this is what makes it a limited edition and people get mad because they didnt stay up with it. yes scalping sucks but if you really want something you have to know how much it is worth to you. I check all the sites on a daily basis and im scared im gonna miss out on that perfect effect reflector but if i miss it i may have to pay...OH WELL...

A post-apocalyptic world ripped apart by a bombing, and an online toy store using deceit to scalp their own item, when before it was at a set price can't even compare.
I get the point you're trying to make, but it's not really working.
And how can you ignore the fact that Curt was grilled about his stunt and ended up lying even more to the people? He mentioned return rates of FP products being high, very high, when he says there's a no return policy and that if people have a problem with a FP item, they need to contact the manufacturer for assistance, not TFSource.
Oh, and he turned it around on the fans too. He basically said that if FP sees us bitching about this, we may never see another FP exclusive, and was leaning towards saying that they wouldn't produce any more products, either. He was called on the carpet for that one, but didn't really back down.
If anything, he'd get in trouble with FP for pulling this stunt and not having access to future exclusives.
-They admit they don't uphold their own rules and restrictions.
-They admit there's a secret stash for rainy days. (I've never heard of a business doing such a thing)
-They admit they were going to sell them for scalper prices and "that's the way it is", basically.
-Curt went to face his accusers and lied even more about the stock, the policies, and his services.
-Curt tried to turn it around on the fans and use scaretactics and guilt and claimed FP may never again do this or that, etc.
How can you defend what he's doing? There's supply and demand, and then there's TFSource. TFSource is clearly scalping, and glad to admit it publicly.
I realize they're a sponsor of the board and that Ryan is limited as to what he can say, but you are your own person, you have your own voice. Are you telling me that you support such actions and just shrug it off?
Seibertron, as a whole, the people included, have more integrity than that. Don't ruin that.

Woooooooooooooow this is truly BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOND! Epic Beyond!
Future reference: Mac & Cheese currently goes by the eBay ID: falconsfan777.
Long story short: This D-bag sold over 16 of these on eBay at the $350 price range; supposedly used swindling techniques to garner sympathy from his TF community. Pitchforks and Torches!

I have no doubt about it. I believe the eBay identity falconsfan777 is actually an arm of TFSource or Curt himself. I would like Seibertron.com to reconsider TFSource's sponsorship. This has tip of the iceberg written all over it. And I don't want our site affiliated with such underhanded business practices. This is our community, damnit, not the scalpers'.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.
