I think next year will be my year to focus on Beast Wars toys. I've kind of been putting off Beast Wars related toys just for the occasion. We'll be celebrating Beast Wars in style here even if the 20th anniversary is a little absent elsewhere.

Oh, even better; will you be doing rartorata, elephorca and drancron with shockaract?

Possibly! I'll put them on the list for next year. Are the Blendtron signficance with Shockaract because of Unicron?

The Blentrons were only affiliated with Shokaract in IDW's "Beast Wars: The Ascending" comics.Hellscream9999 wrote:Seibertron wrote:Hellscream9999 wrote:Seibertron wrote:Hellscream9999 wrote:How about one of my favorite figures: BW Injector

Yeah, it's what I remember most from the graphic novels, plus it really helps establish the 'Unicron faction' something I always hoped would be explored, but wasn't
...Plus Drancron The Executioner is such an epic name, can't pass that up![]()

In Shokaract's original fiction, the BotCon 1998-2000 "Reaching the Omega Point" epic, only Antagony and the non-toy Cataclysm were his subordinates.
In Beast Wars Neo, the Blentrons' original fiction, Drancron, Rātorāta, and Elphaorpha were affiliated with just Unicron and no one else (though, Unicron did interact with the three in that series by possessing the dead body of Galvatron from Beast Wars Second).

Someone on Facebook posted that this seems to be the intended configuration for Bruticus's weapon:
There are two little tabs on Vortex's gun-swords that connect to Brawl's little gun that help complete the sort "rail gun" look of the combined weapon.
Just tried it on my Ruination version of the weapon and the result is a more stable and sturdy weapon.
Interesting. I'll keep this in mind when Combiner Wars Bruticus is out and I do comparison pics with G1 Bruticus and FOC Bruticus.

Accidentally.

Can't wait to see Clampdown. Mine is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. So I'll crack him open while I check out your shots. I'm excited to see the E-hobby one too. Can't wait to compare and contrast to my Diaclone version.Seibertron wrote:A meandering tale of what could quite possibly be the best job in the world. (Or the best part of a not that great job.)

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

I know you have big plans for Beast Wars galleries this year. Two questions.
Does that include Beast Machines?
Do you have all of the Beast Machines toys?

I own just about every Hasbro Transformer ever sold, and many many many Takara figures. I have the full Hasbro Beast Machines line (minus a couple of odd variants) as well as the recolored figures from Takara's Beast Wars Return line.

That was a fun ride, thanks for sharing. That sounds a lot how household chores go for me with the exception being that I don't actually get anything done.Seibertron wrote:So that's how I went from Masterpiece Tracks to Movie Advanced Optimus Prime today. Seriously awesome.
I bet you can't wait to do the G1 and Titans Return comparisons of Fortress Maximus
