So my Metroplex heel spur/gun stations will be here this week. I'm hoping they are worth it. $20 shipped off of the eBay.

I really need to get on the rebuilding of his knees/hips. That stuff is way too loose. If he's in city or battle platform mode I'd like to be able to pick him up without holding everything :lol:

Well there seems to be a washer set to pick up or you can stretch the existing springs. The goal is to create more pressure on the ratchets. I'm not sure if the MegaMoonMan knees I just received today will help with that or not.

It's not necessarily 8-bit, but seeing those 8-bit markings brings back memories of when Pokémon was still sprite-based. Man, those were the days.

Aww yeah Cobs!! I have so many memories of throwing money away at the arcade playing that with 3 friends (those 4 player units were awesome!!) and then playing through it so many times on the NES!! For 16-bit in the arcade dropping to 8-bit on the NES it was still awesome :-D

Autobot N(intendo?!)!! If you have a Nintendo 3DS you could pick up the original Pokémon games again! They re-released Red, Blue and Yellow "Special Pikachu Edition" on the Virtual Console. Red and Blue are in there original monochrome (but still 8-bit) layout with Yellow (as it was a Game Boy Color game) is actually in color. All have save features so you can transfer all of your Pokémon to the Pokémon Bank and access them in Sun and Moon which will be out later this year!

It's funny you mention that. I was listening to various Transformers themes from Japan and they all seem to be very similar to other Japanimation music depending on the era. And Macross was one of them!

I'm really glad I never got fully into the toys of Macross 'cause holy shirt I'd be broke. I find it weird that I didn't as I prefer jets over ground vehicles... :-?

Let it also be known that there are longer versions of that Headmasters theme and higher quality video of the animation, but it is hard to find ones with the lyrics/english translation.

I actually did buy the Red and Blue Special Edition 3DS on the first day it was out. And yeah, I now about the Bank feature and the new games. Can't wait for them!

If I didn't have the *new* 3DS XL already, I would have bought that Pokémon version!! I want the swappable faceplates. And the power button that doesn't easily get pressed. And the Super Famicom colored buttons. And. AND!! :BOOM:

Yeah, that NN3DS was all around a good deal.

Also, had you bought it, what faceplate would you use? Personally, I'm a Charizard man.

Charizard until I bought one of the many Legend of Zelda themed ones from Japan. I'd also really like a Mega Man themed one but I don't think they have one yet.
