The "toys to life" genre is blowing up. I didn't even know it was called that until pretty recently. I've picked up a couple amiibos and disney infinity figures. They are both really cool. The infinity are actually really kinda amazingly sculpted and deco'd. The new lego dimensions is kinda calling my name a bit as well.

All this makes me wish the TF brand would join the band wagon, then I remembered that the new RID already has (seriously, I forgot that's why they have those funny insignias until just now) :lol:

Hahaha, I guess I meant with a game I would actually want to play. Maybe with WfC style figures or in the browser based Universe style, those are some pretty nice designs just screaming to become toys.

I think I had a point, but it got lost along the way... maybe it was that I have toys with no games to interact with #-o

You are right about Toys To Life, and I think the best representation (not price but actual toy) is the LEGO Dimesions series. That mess is awesome. Amazon had the starter set for $63 yesterday, much better than the $99 it goes for. I think GameStop has it for $65 today!

I'm just not sure how I feel about the navy blue from the "X" version of the colors (even though I'm a fan of the Marvel comics). There is no doubt the metallic silver looks better. And they kept the light gimmick!! And the eye switching!! And the Autobot logos :lol:

He seems to be good quality! I've transformed him back and forth maybe 10 times? I should've had Target price match Amazon.com who had him listed at $39.99 ('cause why not save $5?) but oh well, didn't have to wait two days

I saw a lot of CW Legends, just about the full run so far with the exception of the very latest waves. And I saw CW Leader Thundercracker and Skywarp, but no Starscream!

I feel like I need an IDW shelf.

These MPs aren't coming out fast enough.

I still need to figure out what to do with my other figures.

I may purchase some Star Wars in the 3.75" variety

(after going through some stuff in my attic and realizing I needs them).

she likes Transformers but nothing compares to FROZEN right now for her. Although, I heard a rumor Hasbro may have picked up the Disney Princess rights from Mattel..TRANSFORMERSxFROZEN!! :lol:

As far as the promo goes, the code on the back seems to be associated with the buyer. In my case, it's my name mashed up with numbers. $15 is $15!! And they sent the little set of raised labels too, which was cool. The promo expires in January!

How does generic F1 car not get made?! I know there was an official model for it, but I think they can get away with it. I've heard positive things about Ocular Max Sphinx..

I'm usually the same way Cary! I've been at my current job just over a year and already have a few weeks sick leave as I have only used it when baby girl has been sick. I'm more than happy to be out of the office though.

In other news, Sunsurge is available, and I may cave and buy him!! Never had the G1, have Alternators and CHUG though.

I feel like all of the Masterpiece figures I'm getting or have already picked up I never had during G1..weird..

I can't believe I'm not sick more often in my line of work.

But back to TFs...

Not having G1 bots have never stopped me. MP10 was on top of the list to fill the void that I've had since I was a kid wanting OP. And man did he full that void and then some.

But, replacing my long gone toys with better versions is so sweet.

It has yet to stop me, I just realized it today when I mentioned Sunsurge :-D

I can't believe I haven't picked up MP Ultra Magnus yet. There's an example of me having the G1, the CHUG, and now the CW. And even Transformers Prime. Crazy.
